Soap Carving the Ballachulish Goddess

Saturday 14th October, 12-3pm

As part of the Highland Archaeology Festival, we invited visitors to come along to Glencoe Folk Museum and carve their very own Ballachulish Goddess!

Children and big kids all had fun learning about the mysterious figure who was discovered buried in peat in nearby North Ballachulish, and used our replica goddess to inspire their own weird and wonderful creations.
