Dr Lachlan Grant Talk

Thursday 8th June 2017

5pm-6pm

We are excited to welcome Dr Annie Tindley - co-author of 'Dr Lachlan Grant of Ballachulish, 1871-1945' - back to the museum after her popular talk last season.

If you missed it last year, here is another chance to hear more about the fascinating life of the famous Ballachulish doctor, from fighting for the rights and health of workers in the Slate Quarry to 'ahead-of-his-time' ideas about issues such as mental health, and of course his contribution to the National Health Service.

This is a free event, but please do let us know you will be attending by contacting curator@glencoemuseum.com or calling us on 01855 811664.
